Dales are proud to share that our Finance Director, Nicola Chambers, has been named as a finalist in the ‘Developing Leader’ category for the 2025 East Midlands Chambers Enterprising Women Awards.
Organised by the East Midlands Chamber, these awards celebrate inspiring women making a difference in business across the region. The ‘Developing Leader’ category specifically recognises individuals who have embraced leadership responsibilities and shown exceptional professional growth within their organisations.
Nicola’s Progression at Dales:
Since joining Dales in 2015, Nicola has been an integral part of the business. After five years of steady progression, she was appointed Finance Director in 2020. In that role, she’s helped guide the company through both day-to-day financial operations and longer-term strategic decisions. Over the years, she’s become a valued voice in the wider management team and a go-to source of support for colleagues across the business. Nicola’s nomination reflects both her individual growth and the contribution she’s made to Dales.
