ABOUT THE PROJECT: 

Dales Fabrications were proud to supply the aluminium rainwater pipe and gutter systems for the Moya Cole Hospice in Heald Green, contributing to a modern hospice designed to deliver exceptional care for generations to come.

The new hospice is a £26.5 million purpose-built healthcare facility designed by PRP’s Manchester Studio to replace the charity’s former Victorian hospice, St Ann’s hospice, which had served the community for more than a century.

Created to provide a more comfortable, dignified environment for patients and their families, the hospice features 27 private inpatient bedrooms with en-suite facilities and outdoor terraces, alongside modern outpatient services, rehabilitation spaces, family support areas, therapeutic gardens and a welcoming café. The thoughtfully designed layout encourages wellbeing, social interaction and access to nature, while dedicated training facilities will support healthcare professionals across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
