Rhodes House reimagined

Dales is proud to have contributed to the Rhodes House Garden Pavilion in Oxford, supplying bespoke aluminium Fascia, Soffit, and Coping for this landmark project at the heart of the University of Oxford.
Nestled within the historic grounds of Rhodes House, the new pavilion accommodates up to 50 guests, serving as a serene space for informal meetings where scholars and visitors can gather and exchange ideas.

The pavilion’s all-glass walls beautifully complement the traditional architecture of Rhodes House, offering panoramic views of the surrounding gardens.

Dales supplied bespoke aluminium Fascia, Soffit, and Coping for the Rhodes House Garden Pavilion.
Due to the unique requirements of the project, our team custom-designed and manufactured all the supplied products, working closely with the sub-contractor, Roweaver Developments Ltd, to ensure a perfect fit.

The pavilion is a key feature of the £38 million renovation of the Grade II listed Rhodes House, part of a larger mission to modernize, refurbish, and expand the headquarters of the Rhodes Trust Educational Charity. The project skillfully restored both the building and its gardens, enhancing usable space while improving environmental performance.
