June marked the retirement of Karl and Kathryn Prosser, as they step away from the day-to-day management of the business after a combined 25 years of dedicated service.

Karl joined us shortly after the financial crisis of 2008, a time of uncertainty and challenge for many businesses. His adept decision-making skills were crucial in stabilizing the company during those turbulent times. Karl’s commitment to the organisation not only preserved the company’s financial health but provided us with a sound footing to grow the business during the period of recovery that followed.
In 2014, Kathryn joined the team, bringing with her a wealth of experience, support and strategic insight. Together, Karl and Kathryn fostered a culture of resilience and ethical leadership that saw Dales grow stronger than ever. Their retirement is not just a farewell but a celebration of their remarkable contributions.
Whilst both have stepped away from routine involvement within the business, Karl remains Company Chairman and Kathryn was pleased to accept the Board’s invitation in June 2024 to become a Non-Executive Director.
We wish Karl and Kathryn a wonderful and well-deserved retirement!
