Following his success as Operations Manager from 2014 – 2022, we are delighted that Andy Purdy accepted the role of Managing Director (effective from 1st January 2023).
Karl Prosser accepted the offer of Chairman, effective from 1st January 2023.
As Managing Director, Andy is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. After 28 years of dedicated and loyal service, we are certain that Andy is the right person to take the reins from Karl.
New 4m Press Brake
Our new 4m SafanDarley Press Brake was recently installed. You can watch a time lapse video of its delivery here.
This hybrid press brake is 30% more productive, 50% more energy efficient and uses around 95% less hydraulic oil than the machine it has replaced.
This press brake is example of our ongoing investment strategy and long-term commitment to reduce our carbon footprint and impact on the environment.
CAB Renews Dales Membership of Closed Loop Recycling Scheme
We are pleased that the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB) has renewed our membership of its Closed Loop Recycling Scheme for 2023.
Benefits of the scheme include a higher value for aluminium scrap, development of the aluminium closed loop recycling value chain and some powerful green credentials.
Further information about the scheme is available on the CAB Website and we would encourage other users of aluminium to investigate how they can join the scheme.
New Project Goes Live
We were delighted to work with Neilcott Construction LTD on Wimbledon High School in London.
This project features bespoke aluminium rainscreen panels, raking eaves, verge and ridge vertical feature fins and monocoque support system.
