Dales assign an individual Project Manager to each project. The Project Manager will remain the single point of contact throughout the various stages of the project, from initial design to completion.
Relevant criteria, including support methods, material requirements and budget, are established with the specifier. The Project Manager then prepares CAD drawings, calculations, NBS specifications and quotations, thereby providing a complete specification service.
On receipt of the contractor's order, the Project Manager agrees final quantities, colour and manufacturing details. He then issues production instructions. The production information includes the site instruction package, which incorporates copies of the relevant drawings, installation instructions and fixings identification list.
The Project Manager liaises with site to offer telephone support, and if necessary on site advice. |
