Dales Solar Shade and Louvre products are produced from high-grade aluminium extrusions and sheet material and are offered in bespoke or standard configurations. All are available in our standard range of RAL or BS colours in polyester powder or PVF2 and also in anodised finish.
All systems are available with galvanised steel vermin/bird protection or nylon insect mesh.
Dales Prestex Louvres are designed for quick installation where the support mullions are fitted vertically to primary support, generally provided by others, and set out at maximum 1500mm centres. The mullions are supplied with pre-fixed louvre blade support brackets onto which the blades themselves will simply, but permanently, snap fit into place.
No screws, rivets or other fixings need, or indeed should, be used as these could interfere with thermal expansion and contraction.
