Frank Dales founded Dales Fabrications in 1977 to meet the need for precision, purpose-made steel gutters for construction projects, and soon saw the opportunity to expand into aluminium eaves system. Dales has grown consistently over the years and now design and manufacture a comprehensive range of prestige aluminium building products.

In 1997 Frank Dales became Chief Executive and promoted Colin Dales to the position of Managing Director. Frank Dales retired in 2003 after 23 years of direct involvement in the business.
